Such an incredible early ‘40s piece done in navy and white plaid cotton. Exaggerated short puff sleeves, white neck tie and dagger collar, fitted waist with matching tie belt, flared skirt, and peplum waist with red and white button details. Metal zipper closure at the side, unlined.
