WOW! One of the more stunning dresses that’s ever graced the shop. 1930s jet black silk velvet with polka dot devore chiffon sleeves. High folvover neckline, cutaway shoulders, wide sleeves with velvet snap cuffs, blouson bodice, matching rhinestone buckle belt, and bias-cut skirt. Snap closures at the side, unlined.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition, the only flaws I can find are two small missing rhinestones in the belt that are not visible when worn.
