Gorgeous ‘80s dress with a vibrant painterly floral print-someone said this reminded them of a Matisse painting and that makes my heart happy! Boat neckline, short exaggerated puff sleeves, slim cut through the body, and shorter skirt. Zipper closure in the back, fully lined.
