Gorgeous vintage Romanian artisan blouse, these are a bit tricky to date but I believe this one is from the 1940s-50s due to the fabric and details. Lightweight cream cotton gauze with blue and white hand embroidery throughout. Hand smocking at the neckline with adjustable tie, long wide sleeves with tie cuffs, flowy fit, and slightly cropped cut. Unlined and slightly sheer.
