I’m always so happy to find these blouses with traditional Yemenite embroidery, the handiwork is incredible. This style is from the late ‘40s and is done in black rayon with particularly beautiful detailing including orange, yellow, and blue hand embroidery with metallic fibers woven throughout. Round neckline, slightly puffed shoulders, 3/4-length sleeves, and subtle darting at the bodice. Snap closures at the back neck, unlined. Bottom hem is the raw pinked edge as the blouse was meant to be tucked into a skirt or pants.
