I styled it with a black turtleneck underneath which is perfect for fall but would work with just a tank or bra for spring/summer! Rounded neckline, wrap waist with a cool oversized grommet at one side and tie at the front, open sides, front patch pockets, semi-full maxi skirt, and cross back with tie at the neck. Unlined.
