Stunning 1940s dress done in a dark navy rayon with a lovely floral print. Deep V neckline with hook and eye for more coverage if desired, delicate ruffle and lace detailing on the shoulders and sleeves, slight empire waist, 3/4 sleeves, swishy skirt with ruffle trim, keyhole cutout on back with hook and eye closure, and a metal zipper closure at the side.
