Amazing ‘70s dress with some major Art Deco inspo done in red rayon with tiny white polka dots. Small standup collar with buttons up the front, intricate ruching at the shoulders and insane balloon sleeves that gather at the wrists with button cuffs. Fitted waist and lightly pleated skirt with a zipper and button closures on the front, fully lined in chiffon.
