Gorgeous blouse by Victor Costa done in white chiffon with frilly floral trim at the neckline. This is a more modern piece than I typically offer–it’s from the early 2000s I believe–but it was too pretty to pass up! Elastic neckline that can be worn on or off shoulder, long sheer sleeves with ruffle cuffs, blouson bodice, and elastic peplum waist. Pullover style, fully lined except the sleeves.
